I discovered Kulor's Ocean Floor while watching videos of Russian SEGA Genesis bootlegs, which usually always used this song in inappropriate levels with no water in sight!
Due to the overall nice sound the whole song had, with the nice chord and note progressions, I couldn't resist and made my own Famicom+VRC6 version of it, porting it note by note from synth into 8-bit beeps (and DPCM samples).
Though the original song is slower, I prefer the slightly faster speed of the bootleg games, so that's why my song is faster. Sorry,
