An interview with Ermida in the november 1988 diskmagazine Cracker Journal 10 revealed how they were having problems getting crackers, seeing as Lord Blitter was working for a large software company, Chatterbox went to the university, Skylight was very busy with other things, The Big Fat Lamer was abroad and wouldn't be back until next year, and finally Viral Empath was busy writing protections (!) for a large software firm. Cracker Journal 11 (december 1988) reported, "The cool Outbound is now a member of BS1." The group coorganized Bamiga Sector 1 and The Warfalcons Party 1989 in february. Cracker Journal 14 (may 1989) published a story by Avirex members about how The Band had pouched several members from their group, as well as from Bamiga Sector 1. A group swapper advert appeared in the same issue as well as in Cracker Journal 15 (july 1989), pointing to a PLK in Leverkusen, Germany. The january 1990 diskmagazine Cracker Journal 18 featured a new interview with Ermida, in which he revealed that the group was now only 7 members - down from a top listing of 26. The february release 5th Gear Trainer listed Ermida, The Agnostic, The Belgian Waffles, The Demon, The Free Traders and Toxic as the remaining members, meaning they had shed one more since the january interview. https://archive.org/details/Bamiga_Sector_1_Collection BAMIGA collection Active Group Members: Obi (Karsten Obarski) SLL (Sten Lysholm Larsen) Active Group Songs: BlueBerry (Vector Bobs) by Obi (Karsten Obarski) bs1 song23 m by SLL (Sten Lysholm Larsen) Mega Mix by Obi (Karsten Obarski) Pigs In Space by SLL (Sten Lysholm Larsen) |
