Would be much easier to comprehend queue times and oneliner if CVGM could display local time zone to user.

This is on the list of stuff to do, and will probbably be first implemented with a change to the Oneliner, and a preference in the user page where you can offset the hour value. I'll add it when I clear my plate of a few other things.
