Hi Everyone,
This is just a quick post to address some of the SSL issues that were going on last week, for those who were watching in the oneliner anyways. Problem: What was happening was the SSL certificate was not being verified on all browsers, the one seeming to cause most issues (as always) was Firefox. The TLS certificate was not supported or verified on all browser. Solution: After paying some cash and renewing the SSL certificate for a full year, instead of 90 days I generated a new certificate that not only had the certificate for the site, but also contained the root certs needed. There must be something going wonky in Cherokee with how these certificates are handled, as even though they are configured correctly there, they don't seem to be applied so I simply merged them into the main cert and now they are loading/being processed correctly. As always, I would like to thank everyone for their support of CVGM and their continued listening. Enjoy the holidays, and Merry Christmas! FishGuy876 |
