3D Galaxy says "original by flag Ben Daglish ." Anyone have/know of the original song? From Google, I think it's "3D Galax" for Amiga (but maybe also Atari?) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMp_gl1NaGY

Not sure which exact version it specifically comes from, the XM refers to 3D Galax and credits Daglish as the original source. It most likely was from Amiga or a Spectrum version.
