Sleep is complicated for me. If I try to fall asleep too early (even with sleep aids), I'll be stuck awake, and even if I can sleep once, once I wake up, my mind knows I want to return to sleep and starts creating itches for no reason.

That's unfortunate, but I guess that's why people rely on coffee. Usually I'm kind of tired but slowly wake up by night, but I didn't get much sleep and took too much sleep aids yesterday morning so it was worse than usual yesterday.
