I think if i just pull that list, limit it to the page count and do an order_by('?') that might be enough. Im supposed to be working on something else hehe

unlocked_condition() already accounts for the status of 'A' and should only return true if the song is unlocked

I need to look at that a bit more in detail later, i think the randomizer is pulling random; but not within the list it queried
