from website: "I’ve been a music addict ever since I was about two years old or so, when I got my first Walkman. As I grew up, I’d play music on my stereo constantly, driving my family nuts. My parents decided that I’d start learning an instrument around the time I turned nine years old. They chose the violin–a very nice instrument, to be sure, but not one that I wanted to learn. Nevertheless, I started to learn this venerable instrument using the Suzuki method and my very patient teacher, Cami."
