D.C. has worked in commercial production, voiceover, music and copywriting for nearly two decades, and has won more than a dozen ad-industry awards. His radio career includes on-air stints at PYX-106, Channel 103.1, and 810 WGY (one of America's first radio stations) in New York's Capital District.

He attended Boston's Berklee School of Music, as well as The Recording Workshop and The New School Of Radio And Television. Volunteer work includes The Albany Ad Club, The Albany Symphony, and as a member of the New School Of Radio And Television Advisory Committee.

D.C. gets his love of music from his mom, a pianist and operatic mezzo-soprano. His fascination with technology (and how things work) comes from his dad, who is the third generation of his family's metalworking business (and all-around handy guy). D.C.'s first album was his dad's copy of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, the grooves worn down from hours of playing Ringo's parts.

He lives in upstate New York, in a historic house, surrounded by family
