I got information which some of you probably know, that Maf has passed away on 11.09.

Feel free to reminisce Him, the connections with Him, also give the condolences for his family and friends.

I probably never met him personally but I met him through the songs, when I joined the nectarine, hearing his jingle "Soup" and I started to look who made such nice tune cover, then discovered his songs.

Maf songs are cheerful and fun, always bringing me up when they play. He'll be missed by the scene, and his talent lives on in his music. Deepest condolences for his family and friends. His archives are available to download at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/15_xa4gqTxow4jEi1-Vo0vmy2iyeygImd. Enjoy a marmelade while listening.

Very sad to hear about the passing of Maf, while I didn't know him personally, I was aware of his work both on the amiga and in the scene. Always loved the music for Basket Island, sounded super realistic on the Amiga and of course Coredump which was the first time I heard him in the scene. RIP.

Maf was one of the first artists I listened to when coming in contact with the demoscene, had songs of him on my minidisc and other media ever since. Needless to say I love his music and found it very sad to hear of him passing away.
